Shipping and handling

Blengens ships to most countries worldwide using the fastest delivery methods available to us.

Tracking:

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Copy the tracking number
  2. Open the tracking page
  3. Paste the tracking number into the appropriate field on the page and click “Track.”
  4. You can now track the status of your order.

Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days, but please note that processing times may vary during holidays or when limited editions are launched. We thank you for your patience in these cases.

Orders in the United Kingdom:

Our standard shipping option with tracking typically takes 5-15 business days to arrive after shipment.

Please note that during peak periods, such as holidays or sales, our estimated delivery times may be delayed by an additional 5 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these busy times and will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you experience any delays, please contact our customer service team. We are committed to keeping you informed and assisting you throughout the process.

International orders:

We ship directly from our international manufacturer, so please note that delivery times may vary from 5 to 15 business days.

We are not responsible for deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural events, transfers from EMS or DHL to your country's local courier, strikes, or delays in air and ground transportation, nor are we responsible for additional costs, customs duties, or administrative fees.

Shipping and handling charges are as follows:

Damage

If your Blengens order arrives damaged, we will be happy to provide you with a free replacement. Simply contact our customer service using the Contact Us form.

Please note that you will need to provide us with:

  1. Photos of the damaged item.
  2. Photos of the damaged packaging.

**Our customer service will provide you with a return address to which you can send the damaged item for inspection.**

Please note that if you do not clear customs, refuse delivery, or provide an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us or destroyed. In this case, our standard return policy will apply and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. In addition, $5 will be deducted from the total refund amount for each shipment.
