1.2. Please note that most of the products available for purchase on the Website are shipped to buyers from the seller's warehouses in China. Depending on the applicable laws in your country of residence, the products you purchase may be subject to customs duties, sales taxes, or other similar taxes.

2.2. All of our Products are designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant EU regulations and applicable laws governing household consumer goods.
2.3. The Products available for purchase on our website are not toys and are not intended for use by children. Please refrain from giving these Products to minors without your supervision.

3. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND CHARGES
3.1. The final price, including all taxes and charges related to the Products, will be displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Please note that the price shown on the checkout page does not include any import taxes or duties that may be applicable under local customs regulations.

4. DELIVERY
4.1. Once you have placed your order on our website and completed your payment, we will process your order within 1-3 business days. Under normal circumstances, you should receive your shipment within 20 calendar days. If unforeseen circumstances affect the shipment, please allow for additional time. If you do not receive your shipment within 20 days, please contact our customer service.
4.2. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, we cannot accept changes or cancellations. If you change your mind, please refer to Section 5 (“Returns and Refunds”) below for information on returning products.
4.3. All products purchased on our website will be delivered to you via EMS, DHL, or similar courier services. Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with a confirmation letter containing your shipment tracking number. 4.4. If your purchase is not delivered to you within 30 calendar days, please contact our customer service. Pursuant to Article 18(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, if you do not receive your purchase within 30 days, you must inform us and provide an acceptable additional period for delivery. You only have the right to withdraw from the purchase if we fail to deliver within the additional period. Please note that you cannot claim non-receipt of the purchased goods if you do not follow the rules described in this provision.
4.5. Please note the following:
(a) Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the logistics network in various countries may experience disruptions, resulting in longer delivery times than those specified on the website or in these terms.
(b) Shipping terms may also be affected by customs procedures, natural events, transfers to local carriers, or strikes/delays in air and ground transportation. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by the above reasons.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1. If you are not satisfied with the Products you have purchased, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund, exchange, or store credit.
